TERMS & CONDITIONS OF tan-shop

I. Definitions

The terms used in the Regulations shall mean:

1. Clientnatural person, legal person or organizational unit that is not a legal person, the provisions of which grant special legal capacity, which makes Orders in the Shop;

2. Regulations - These Regulations provide electronic services in the context of an online store tan-shop;

3. Online Shop (Shop)Internet service available at www.tan-shop.ie, through which the customer may in particular consist of orders;

4. Commodity – Goods presented in the Online Shop;

5. The sales contract –  a contract of sale of the Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the entity conducting an online store and the customer, which is entered using the website Shop;

6. OrderCustomer's statement aimed directly to the conclusion of sale, specifying in particular the type and quantity of the Goods.

 

II. General Provisions

2.1. The Regulations define the terms and conditions of online store   www.tan-shop.ie.

2.2. Online store, operating at www.tan-shop.ie, is run by tan-shop.

2.3. These Regulations shall specify in particular:

a.) rules for the registration and use of the account in the context of an online store;

b.) the terms and conditions for electronic booking available in the online store;

c.) the terms and conditions of the electronic procurement within the online store;

d.) the rules of contract of sale with the use of the services provided in the Online Shop.

2.5. Using the online shop is possible provided that the ICT system used by the customer following minimum technical requirements:

a.) Internet Explorer cookies enabled

b.) Mozilla Firefox  cookies enabled,

c.) The minimum screen resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.

2.6. In order to use the online store customer should get their own access a computer or terminal device with Internet access.

2.7. In accordance with applicable law, tan-shop reserves the right to limit the provision of services through the Online Store to people who have completed the age of 18 years. In this case, potential customers will be notified of the above.

2.8. Customers can get access to these Terms and Conditions at any time via the link found on the main site www.tan-shop.ie and download it and draw its print.

 

III. Terms of use of the Internet Store

3.1. Condition to start using the Online Store to register.

3.2. Register is by completing and accepting the registration form available on one side of the Store .

3.3. Condition of registration, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and to provide personal information marked as mandatory.

3.4.tan-shop customer may deprive the right to use the Online Shop, and may limit its access to part or all of the resources online store, with immediate effect, in the event of a breach by the Customer of the Rules and, in particular, the Customer:

a.) gave when registering online store  untrue, inaccurate or outdated data, misleading or violates the rights of third parties,

b.) committed through the online store of the infringement of any third party, in particular personal property other customers online store

 
c.) commit other behaviors that are considered by tan-shop for the conduct inconsistent with applicable law or general principles of using the Internet or detrimental to the good name of the company tan-shop.

3.5. A person who has been deprived of the right to use the online store can not register again without the prior consent of tan-shop.

3.6. In order to ensure the safety of transmission of messages and data in connection with the delivered services within the Sites, Online Store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the seriousness of the safety of services, in particular measures to prevent acquisition and modification by unauthorized persons personal data transmitted over the Internet.

3.7. The customer is obliged in particular to:

a.) not to produce and not passed on content prohibited by law, eg. the contents violent, defamatory or violating personal rights and other rights of third parties,

 
b.) the use of the Online Store without disturbing its functioning, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,

c.) to refrain from actions such as sending or posting under the Online Store unsolicited commercial (spam),

d.) to use the Online Store without major inconvenience to other clients and for tan-shop,

e.) the use of any content contained in the Online Shop only for personal use,

f.) to use Online Store in accordance with the rules in force in the Republic of Ireland law, the provisions of the Rules, as well as with the general principles of using the Internet.

 

IV. The procedure for the conclusion of sale

4.1. In order to conclude the Agreement Store sales via the Internet, go to the website www.tan-shop.ie, choose the goods, taking technical steps based on the customer display messages, and information available on the website.

4.2. Selection of Goods ordered by you is made by adding them to your cart.

4.3. When submitting orders - until you press the button "Order" - The customer has the option to modify the input data and the selection of the Goods. To do this, follow the onscreen prompts the customer and the information available on the website.

4.4. After administration of the Customer Online Store enjoying all the necessary data, you will see a summary of complex orders. Orders submitted summary will contain information on:

a.) the object of the contract,

b.) the unit and total price of the products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any),

c.) the chosen method of payment,

d.) the method of delivery,

e.) the time of delivery,

4.5. In order to send orders, it is necessary to make the acceptance of the Rules, to provide personal information marked as mandatory and pressing the "Place Order".

4.6. Sending the Customer Order is a declaration of intention to conclude agreements with leading store sales, in accordance with the Regulations.

4.7. After placing orders, the customer receives an e-mail containing a final confirmation of all the essential elements of the Order.

4.8. Agreement shall be treated as concluded from the moment of receipt of the e-mail referred to above.

4.9. The sales agreement is in English, of the content in accordance with the Regulations.

 

V. Delivery

5.1. Delivery of Goods is limited to the area of the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom and is held to the address specified by the customer when placing orders.

5.2. Delivery of ordered goods is done by personal transport, courier service or by mail. Delivery costs will be indicated at the time of procurement.

5.3. The term of delivery is from 1 to 21 working days from the date of dispatch of the Customer Order.

5.4. Customers can get access to these Terms and Conditions at any time via the link found on the main site www.tan-shop.ie and download it and draw its printing.

Consolidation, security, access and customer confirmation of the relevant provisions of the Agreement, the sale of Goods by sending to you at your e-mail, and by joining the parcel containing the Goods print confirmation Orders specifications along with an invoice.

 

VI. Pricing and payment methods

6.1. Commodity prices are given in the European currency and include all components, including VAT (with honors from the rate), customs and any other components

6.2. The customer has the option to pay the price:

a.) transfer to the bank account number given via Internet e-mail or mobile phone,

b.) PayPal payment,

 

VII. The right of withdrawal

7.1. Client, who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason, making a statement in writing, within 10 days and send them to the address of the leading online store listed in the Regulations.

7.2. 10-day term is counted from the date on which the delivery of the Goods, unless the service was sold.

7.3. The right to withdraw from the contract by the consumer is disabled when:

  • start - with the consent of the consumer - the provision of services by www.tan-shop.ie, before the expiry of 10 days from the conclusion of the contract;
  • goods (services) beyond the standard offer of the shop, prepared on special order and tailored to their individual needs;
  • benefits, which by their nature can not be returned or whose subject is perishable

7.4. In case of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract shall be considered null and void. What the parties rendered shall be returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary in the ordinary course of business. Reimbursement shall be made immediately, but not later than within 14 days. 7.5. Goods returned by the customer should be packed in an appropriate way, to ensure no damage during transport delivery.

7.6. The cost of packing and returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

 

VIII. Complaints about the Goods

8.1. The entity conducting the shop as a seller is liable to the Client who is a consumer, for non-compliance with the Agreement, the sale of the Goods purchased by the consumer, to the extent specified in the Act on the specific terms of consumer sales.

8.2. Claims arising from the infringement of rights guaranteed by law the client, or on the basis of these Regulations, should be addressed to sales@tan-shop.ie. The entity conducting the shop is obligated to consider any complaint within 14 days, and if it was not possible to inform the customer in that period when the complaint will be considered.

8.3. The entity conducting the shop is not the manufacturer of the goods. The manufacturer is liable under the guarantee of the Goods sold under the conditions and for the period specified in the warranty card. If the guarantee document provides for such a possibility, you may submit your claim under the warranty directly authorized service whose address is in the warranty card.

 

IX. Complaints in the provision of electronic services

9.1. The entity conducting the shop takes action to ensure fully correct operation of the Store, to the extent that it results from the current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove within a reasonable time any irregularities reported by customers.

9.2. Client shall immediately notify the entity maintaining the online store of any irregularity or service interruptions in the functioning Shop.

9.3. Irregularities in the functioning of the Store Customer can request via e-mail to the address sales@tan-shop.ie or by using the contact form.

 
9.4. In the complaint, customer must provide your name, mailing address, type and date of irregularities related to the functioning of the Store.

9.5. The entity conducting the shop is obligated to consider any complaint within 14 days, and if it was not possible to inform the customer in that period when the complaint will be considered.

 

X. Final Provisions

10.1. Settlement of any disputes arising between the entity conducting an online store and the customer who is a consumer, is subject to the courts having jurisdiction under the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

10.2. Settlement of any disputes arising between the entity conducting an online store and the customer who is not a consumer, is subject to the court with jurisdiction over the seat of the entity managing the online store.

10.3. In matters not covered by these Regulations shall apply the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on electronic services and other relevant laws.
